I think this text "You can simply ignore this email if you didn't sign up."
should be at the end of the email. It makes more sense to have the order "Thanks
for signing up, here's the link, if you change you're mind do this..., otherwise
if you didn't sign up you can ignore."

Otherwise it might imply that more emails are on the way for the person who
didn't sign up and wants to ignore.
