Fixed: Popup in Safari won't open after closing it programmatically

This should go into the ext namespace. However since we import ext from the
background page, I suggest following code:

  window.ext = {
    __proto__: backgroundPage.ext,
    closePopup: function()
    {
      ...
    }
  };
