Done that and also got rid of the hardcoded user name here. Now somebody needs
to figure out how to get the default GEM_PATH so that we don't need to hardcode
/var/lib/gems/1.9.1 here :)

Now that we are no longer using FCGI this should be irrelevant. Any other issues
left here?
