Why should changing the Python script require a daemon-reload? IMHO the
Exec['reload-mimeo-daemon'] should subscribe to
File['/etc/systemd/system/mimeo.service'], and Service['mimeo'] should subscribe
to File['/usr/local/bin/mimeo.py'].
