NIT: "underlined" doesn't say anything about space. I suggest adding border to
underlined and modifying another selector with space e.g. [ul.underlined,
header.underlined]. Otherwise we are setting ourselves up for a mistake e.g.
adding .underlined to span.

Hmm, perhaps the issue is with the name `.underlined` then. Because the goal
here is to create the grouping of both the underline and the spacing. Maybe the
class should be called `.section-underlined`?
