Not necessarily, I think the information should be enough for translator and
it's consistent with other similar string descriptions.

Acknowledged. My comment was because the "Section" was wrapped in quotes,
implying that it was the title of the section. e.g. for the report section you
wrote "'Support' section list item in Help tab".
