The invideo functionality is used for both annotations and ads (see
https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/187095) - ads are defined by the video
publisher in this case. However, it seems that ads are always implemented via
the iv_cta_url parameter (cta means "call-to-action"). So by removing this one
while allowing other invideo-related parameters (including "invideo" which you
are still removing here) should do.
