3 - Perform own exploratory testing against products to gain familiarity with the products and their similarities and differences

4 - Respond to requests from and perform testing for developers and staff

5 - Review new tickets from crowd testers and our community, attempt to improve an d reproduce the issues and confirm / reject their tickets

7 - Create and keep up to date useful documentation and notes relating to the prod uct and its testing
