Looking at this a bit more, in some cases, the update will show as just now or
as only the date and time. Maybe we could just cover ourselves here by saying
'appears as **Just Now** or will display the current date and time'. It does
make this sentence a bit longer, but at least the user doesn't sit and wait for
that particular **Just Now** message.

Much to my stupidity the user is not able to select the option from within the
Extension tab of Safari. The user would need to select the icon from within
Safari and then select the option.
