 In rare instances, Adblock Plus may prevent some websites from functioning correctly. This is typically not a bug but rather a problem with the filters (or filter subscription). The filter lists may be directing Adblock Plus to block something that should be allowed. To verify that the issue lies within the filter list, temporarily disable Adblock Plus. If the issue is fixed after disabling Adblock Plus, you can be certain that the problem lies within the filters.

problem lies within the filters' - I don't think this is something we should
have in this sentence. Someone who is navigated to this help page and tries this
only (without first checking if it is Adblock plus causing the issue) then
stating that disabling ABP means that it is a filter list issue is a bit of a
porky pie. In addition to this, maybe we need to be more specific that the user
needs to pause/whitelist the website to check if it is a filter list issue and
not disable/remove it from the Extensions page? I just feel some clarity is
needed here.

I took this from the current website (almost word-for-word). It reads as though
the user has to disable ABP, not temporarily whitelist the website. Just to
verify, the user needs to temporarily whitelist the website and NOT disable ABP?

I guess this 'might' need to be changed on the website too?? From what I read
and understand here (And the user would also in my opinion) is that they need to
disable ABP completely. I think it is quite possible, that this sentence is
referring more to disabling ABP on the page. As disabling ABP on the page would
maybe identify it as a list issue, but disabling the whole extension would not.

Maybe we could simply add in 'temporarily disable Adblock Plus on the website
experiencing the issue'. This would at least point towards them disabling it on
page as opposed to in the extensions tab (disabling the whole extension).

Ok makes sense. This whole time, I took it to mean the user had to completely
disable the extension. Thanks!
