FYI: Turning on this function will not clear cookies that are already on the
user's computer, and will only block cookies from ads. Cookies from first-party
domains should not be blocked, therefore saved passwords etc. are not affected.

We need to also add the step to check that the list was successfully downloaded.
Because we don't currently see the subscriptions list settings with this method,
we would need to add in some more steps for them to open the filter list options
menu and check themselves. An example would be:

6. Select Extensions on the left side
7. Find Adblock Plus and select Options 
8. Select Filter Preferences
9. Confirm that the Disable Malware filter list is added and updated recently
