 Follow the steps below to unblock a blocked item.

This provides the same instructions as the 'remove a filter list' article. Would
it be better to perhaps link to the 'Remove a filter list' article instead, so
we don't have to update the instructions twice if ever this changes? And add a
sentence briefly introducing filter lists and describe how filter lists may
cause too much content to be blocked.

This refers to custom filters whereas the 'Remove a filter list' article refers
to pre-made filters. Per our last help center meeting discussion, I've added a
bit at the beginning about custome filters.

The user can only access ABP Options from the ABP icon within the browser
itself. Sadly, you are unable to access these options via the Extensions pane in
Safari Preferences.
