Would it be more beneficial to also include our normal piece on acceptable ads
here? Nothing massive, just something small. As, when I just read this it feels
like it is more implying for people to simply de-select the acceptable ads
option to block everything. I feel it would be better to have a small
explanation before giving these steps.

These 'includes' are just snippets of text that can be used in multiple articles
(so I don't have to copy-paste the same chunk of text 10 times). 

I added this sentence to the 'I still see ads' file: Please note that by turning
off Acceptable Ads, website owners and content creators that abide by the
Acceptable Ads criteria will lose ad revenue.

+1. From the Mac menu bar, click **Safari** and select **Preferences**.

+3. Locate Adblock Plus and click **Options**.

Much to my stupidity, I forgot that the user is unable to select the ABP options
page from the Safari Extensions tab and the would indeed need to select the ABP
icon in browser to see ABP's options page.
