Issue 4705 - Adjust update server configuration for new Gecko update manifest format

Disclaimer: not familiar with the sitescripts, so I can only review
superficially. 

Note that there is a reference to the update.rdf in a redirect in
modules/web/templates/adblockplus.org.conf.erb - not sure if this should be
changed to updates.json as well?

Otherwise, no obvious typos. The patch fits the information in the issue. So
LGTM if the line above is not a problem.

Nope, updates.json was never hosted on adblockplus.org in the first place so
there is little point redirecting. Anything pointing to updates.json should use
the new location (not that this is likely, we don't have any self-hosted
extensions any more).

Can that redirect then be removed in the same commit?

Nope, I'd rather not go there. Technically, update.rdf still exists on the
update server. And at some point we'll probably want to clean it all up so that
we only host update manifests for self-hosted products - this will mean removing
updates.json as well.
