Noissue - Update translations for Adblock Plus for Chrome and Microsoft Edge

Hi Tamara,

we are planning to have a release for Microsoft Edge soon, a release for Chrome
will follow in a few weeks. However, both will use the same strings.

As usual, here are the changes to be imported from CrowdIn. Can you have a look
and address any issues on CrowdIn? I will update the patch afterwards.

Moreover, note that the "description" string has been changed and translations
for some languages are still missing. Since this is a very important/visible
string, perhaps you can get the missing translations from a translation agency?

Also note that the strings "safari_content_blocker" and "safari_restart" are no
longer used. So these strings being removed from all translations is correct.
