@Tristan: FYI. Feel free to remove the devbuilds from the server, and the
related logic from abpsembly/sitescripts as well.

Note: We still have pages associated with the legacy extensions that are
deprecated, but I assume we would like to keep them, for people who still uses
old extension.

But as we don't develop it further I agree that we shouldn't keep them in the
Devbuilds page.

As far as I'm concerned, we should keep those pages but add deprecation notes.
Point is, even if Element Hiding Helper and alike are no longer maintained,
people might still look for them (e.g. when they hear about them in an old forum
post). It's better when they find information about what those extensions were
and that they are unmaintained and incompatible, now, rather than making it look
like they never existed. Not to mention links to these pages out there, which
would break, if we remove those pages.

There are two reasons why the devbuilds links should be removed regardless:

1. It is confusing, having Adblock Plus listed along some extensions
   that are incompatible with that version of Adblock Plus.
2. We won't keep maintaining the infrastructure for devbuilds of
   legacy extensions forever. So these links will stop working soon.
