Issue 245 - Unify SSL configuration for all servers

Massive patch but it is mostly straightforward. As far as functionality of the hosts goes, this merely makes easylist-msie.adblockplus.org a proper alias of easylist-downloads.adblockplus.org (switching to wildcard certificate was required for that).

While we're at it, can we normalise white space here? Just one space after
"error_page" and "504", or not? Also below (after "root") and in other nginx
files.

We're not really consistent with opening braces in nginx configuration files,
how about addressing this while we're at it? I'm not sure what we use more
commonly, same line or next line, but it'd be nice if this was consistent.

The new patchset contains mostly whitespace changes to address the comments. In
addition to that the Nagios site configuration has been converted to use
nginx::hostconfig as well. While at it I fixed issues with dependencies in
Nagios configuration - configuration files could not be written because the
Nagios package wasn't installed yet.

Finally, I decided to centralize configuration of error pages - that one was
missing for many hosts and broken for the rest of them ("root html" doesn't
actually work, one has to specify the full path).
