Using a debug build isn't a great idea. How about
https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/2015/02/2015-02-25-00...
Not sure why there are no more recent release builds, let's hope these are
simply only generated when there are changes in the branch. Otherwise the next
update might get slightly problematic.

Note that the directory you link to above has jsshell-mac64.zip instead of
jsshell-mac.zip so you would have to adjust the platform_map dictionary. No such
change is required for the directory I proposed.

Sure. I just didn't find a non-debug esr31 build, assuming that there wasn't
one.
