Description

This is related to http://codereview.adblockplus.org/8627097/ - Chrome extensions can now be built using buildtools, running build.py script in the repository is no longer required. Plus the packager module has been renamed into packagerGecko to have a consistent naming (a new module packagerChrome has been added).
