Issue 2844 - cosmetic fixes and adjustments to ABP for Microsoft Edge subscription page

This review contain fixes to current issues:
* Translation flag was shown next to Edge Icon.
* On Firefox the bullet points in English version of homepage were pushed below the subscription form.
* Invalid and Error messages were pushing the form upon bullet points.
* Some consistency changes.

The Microsoft Edge page looks really bad on pretty much any language other than
English. My understanding was that on the Edge page we would be aligning the
subscription form and everything below it to the bottom of the list of features.
So that it would go lower for more verbose languages. I know its inconsistent,
but as it is now it is barely usable.

Uploaded a new patch I've removed first bullet point which has nothing to do
with legal information, please let me know if you are okey with cuurrent
implementation, if we will change the positioning to relative, we will need to
move the message as well, which will add more inconsistency changes
unfortunately, so I'll suggest to have as less as possible on the page, please
let me know if this implementation looks better for you.
