Issue 3346 - Remove edge subscription form

I think this results in a confusion on mobile. On desktop the "Coming soon"
image kind of explains things a bit, but on mobile removal of the subscription
form just leaves no mention of the future version ABP for Edge at all. 

On both platforms I'd substitute the form to text: "Please check back later for
a version of ABP for Microsoft Edge" or something like that.

@Oleksandr I've uploaded new patch, the message was aligned with Lisa and also
aligned with Christiane, if the color-size-placement wise the message looks
okey.

Yes it's pity that we had to remove the form, hopefully the issue can be fixed
and we can have it back.
