Please put the <fix> tag around the entire contents of the <span> tag, otherwise
the parentheses will still be marked as translatable.

Nit from the infrastructure review: the class name should reflect the purpose,
not the current content, so maybe "license-note" instead of "gpl-license"?

Not sure why the link is (sometimes) not correctly interpreted in the local
environment but it might be something Wladimir has already encountered in the
past.

Thomas found the case:
The link were containing 8203 charcode which is ZERO width space.
